Short CV

Jake Ephros completed his Master’s in Philosophy and Social Policy at American University (AU) in Washington, DC in May of 2018. His first Master’s qualifying paper deals with doing social justice work from a privileged person’s position. His second deals with cosmopolitan ethics and digital technologies. Currently based at LMU, he is working with the META team on the ways in which global ethics and critical theory can inform the development and proliferation of mHealth technology. During this time, he is also working with LMU’s Muencher Kompetenzzentrum Ethik on issues of cosmopolitan justice.
